Temporary

Shorter term contracts ranging from 1 day, week to week or longer term.  Whereby, you only pay an hourly charge rate for the hours worked by the temporary worker, plus VAT. You can end or extend the temporary period to suit your requirements.(Please note; Driving contracts incur a minimum charge of 8 hours per day)

Temporary to Permanent

This option allows you to take on a temporary worker for a fixed temporary period before committing to a permanent job offer. Again, you only pay for the hours worked, plus VAT, during this period. Then, if completely satisfied with the temporary worker at the end of the fixed term, you can offer them a permanent contract and take them onto your own payroll - completely Free of Charge.

Permanent

Whereby you take our candidate permanently onto your own payroll from day 1 - An introduction fee is payable upon placement starting.

The Recruitment Process

We will keep you informed throughout the whole recruitment process from receiving your vacancy through to our candidate starting work. Our service is completely confidential and there is no charge until a candidate is placed with you.

Sourcing Candidates:

We have an impressive web presence and advertise our vacancies on the most prominent job-boards in conjunction with a comprehensive in-house database, inter-branch networking search and press advertising to attract the right applicants. 

Selection & Vetting:

Our candidate selection process is extremely thorough when it comes to sourcing and vetting the best people for the job. Initial telephone screening is carried out before inviting applicants into our offices for a full face to face interview and registration process. 

Presentation of CV's:

Once candidates have been selected we will submit a selection of CV’s to you. There is no charge for the submission of candidate CV’s.

Interview Process:

We will coordinate and manage the interview process – handling all correspondence with both candidate and client.

Job Offer/Placement Confirmation:

We will liaise with both parties throughout the whole recruitment process from receiving the vacancy, job / placement offer through to start date.  All communications will be supported with relevant administration correspondence to all.

Aftercare:

Regular contact is maintained to ensure your expectations have been fulfilled.
