Proactive Personnel are currently recruiting for a number of ongoing leading to permanent machine / production / assembly positions in North Wales. The new facility has been upgraded to enable them to continue as the industry leading production manufacturing company in their market.

The client has a well established global network or distributors and 30,000 people a year chose their products above other manufacturers. Due to their continued growth and the successful winning of new orders they are looking to expand their current operation.

The Job Role:

• Loading components into the jigs in the machines
• Unload the final product
• Production quality control
• Checking components and jigs against engineering drawings
• Operating the machine
• Working to production targets
• Rotate between machines where required

Experience / Requirements:

• Driving license and own transport due to location
• Although not essential as training is given it may help if you have previous manufacturing experience and / or experience of using hand tools
• A good hard working attitude
• Previous fast paced Production experience
• Flexibility to work either days / nights or a rotating shift pattern of 6am-2pm/2pm-10pm with overtime available.
• Flexible enough to learn new skills
• Have a readiness to accept responsibility
• Committed to safety, quality and productivity
• Will need to have a high level of accuracy regarding paperwork
• Flexible enough to perform other tasks, when required
• Achieve a high standard of punctuality and attendance
• Follow company production rules
• Adhere to health and safety rules and promote a safe working environment
• Be able to work well within in a team

In return for your skills and experience:

• Competitive rate of pay - 8.25 per hour, rising to £8.83 after 12 months
