Our client is offering:

• This is not the usual perceived Telemarketing role - The quality of the call conversation over quantity of calls is key.

• Excellent hours of 9am – 5pm Mon – Fri.
• Working in a unique rural office environment

The Job Role:

• Calling B2B customers daily.
• Making between 50 – 70 quality cold and warm calls per day – quality over quantity!
• Establishing decision makers/ influencers within the business.
• Fact finding to understand the clients business requirements now and for the future.
• Generating qualified sales leads for the client’s sales team to follow up.
• Working to achievable targets

Experience / Requirements:

• Previous experience in a Telemarketing, Lead Generator or telephone based Customer Service role is highly beneficial.
• If you have no experience, you should be self-motivated, inquisitive, driven and have attention to detail and want to gain skills to become a first rate Telemarketer/ Lead Generator.
• Own transport is ESSENTIAL due to the limited bus service to the location

The Package:

• A temporary hourly rate of £8.91 ph.
• A permanent role available for the successful candidate following a successful probationary period.
• A permanent salary of £18,000 per annum + uncapped commission.
