The Job Role:
- Making outbound calls chasing new business with lapsed customers.
- Delivering exceptional customer service to drive sales growth.
- Promoting all offers that are available to customers, including the current top four promotion deals.
- Understanding the customers and their needs.
- Maximising every sales opportunity and pushing for growth within the account.
- Being inquisitive and asking questions to fact find.
- Using the CRM to add notes and keep customers accounts up to date.
Experience / Requirements:
- Must be self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets.
- Good Customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Able to build good relationships with customers.
- A permanent position with a basic salary of £20,000 per annum with an achievable commission structure
