The Job Role:
- Dealing with any incoming queries, via phone and email.
- Stock checks and ordering parts.
- Up selling products to customers whilst on the phone.
- Calling customers to explain the work that will be carried out for them and discussing any issues.
- General adhoc administration duties.
Experience / Requirements:
- A strong customer service background is essential.
- You must be able to effectively liaise with customers.
- Good administration skills.
- A permanent position within a well-established business in Shrewsbury.
- Excellent working hours of 8am-5pm, with weekend work available.
