Outline:

Proactive Personnel Ltd are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of their client based in Cannock.  We are currently recruiting for the role of Telesales Executive to join an existing team.

Our client is looking for a candidate who has proven experience within Telesales and is confident at talking to prospective and current customers over the phone.

The Job Role:

• Office based, part time role on a temporary contract,
• Making outbound calls to new and existing customers
• Talking to current customers and letting them know to use the new website
• Talking to prospective customers and informing them about the new website
• General administration as required
• Outbound / proactive telesales.
• Making proactive calls to potential new customers
• Working a list of companies who already purchase via telesales / websites
• Build relationships with existing and new customers
• Answering incoming calls from new customers
• Day one work will be 100% Proactive, which a focus on building an account base to be reactive to.

Experience / Requirements:

• Telesales
• Good communication skills
• Confident
• Target driven
• Able to overcome objectives
• Strong communication skills over the phone and written
• Self-starter with the ability to work to deadlines
• Strong admin skills
• Previous experience in a B2B sales environment
• Ability to identify opportunities to call outside of our database
• Strong relationships building skills
